| The clerk at the passadena court house told me they usually always make it non-correctable. It forces people through the process and an officer friend of mine says the way they see it is the process is part of the punishment. Now wheather the judge decides to throw it out or not will be up to them. I've gone to court and seen where they made one guy with a ball hitch attached to his bumper that partially covered it, and the judge made him pay the fine (180). All the guy had to do was unattach it from the bumper. When I went to court on my tint ticket he just asked if I removed the tint and dismissed it based on my answer. I had to wait 6 months just to see the judge because the system is so backed up with BS like this. A waste of my time, the courts time, and tax payer money.
